The objective of the course:

  • Recognize common office aches and pains and understand the close relationship between pain and posture
  • To enhance participants’ understanding of correct body posture and explain the causes and prevention of hamstring strain injury and urge correction of poor body posture
  • Increase participants’ awareness of muscle tension and provide guidance on strengthening muscles to relieve pain
  • Demonstrate and introduce a variety of stretches for different parts of the body
  • Instructors lead participants to practice various exercises on the spot and encourage them to exercise themselves in their spare time
