（A）Terms and Conditions For Service

The quotation must be checked for accuracy before the event. By signing the quotation, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions for service.

Arrangements for the service should be made by the time and venue as stated in the quotation. Any changes to the service must be notified to the Company at least two weeks before the event and agreed by the Company’s staff, failing which the service will be deemed cancelled or postponed.

（B）Cancellation or postponement of arrangements after service confirmation 

If the event is cancelled within 14 days before the event, an administration fee of 30% of the event fee will be charged; if the event is postponed or changed within 14 days before the event (except in case of rain, see adverse weather arrangements), an administration fee of 10% of the event fee will be charged.

In the event of sick leave due to illness, we will notify the instructor two hours in advance of the class and arrange for a qualified substitute instructor or make up for the missed class at another time (subject to prior agreement with the affected student). If the tutor is unable to attend the class or if we are unable to arrange a qualified tutor to cover the class, we will reimburse the full amount of the service fee charged.

（C）Adverse Weather Arrangements 

For indoor events: In case of any monsoon signal, red rain or black rain, you must inform us 2 hours before the event if the event will be cancelled or postponed without an administrative fee. Otherwise, the event will go ahead as usual, but we will still charge the full event fee for any cancellation. 

For outdoor events: Except for the above, if it is raining or the venue is slippery after the rain, you must inform us at least 2 hours before the event whether the event will be cancelled or postponed without an administrative fee. Otherwise, the event will go ahead as usual and the full event fee will still be charged for any cancellation.

Remarks: In the event of unavoidable environmental factors that prevent the event from running, as usual, adverse weather arrangements will be used as the norm. (e.g. traffic accidents, landslides, serious traffic congestion, outbreaks of infectious diseases, etc.). (School trips, examinations, sports events, etc. are not included in this list.
